Terms and Conditions of Sale
Use of Goods
All goods are sold with the understanding that SensorsONE does not guarantee them for particular conditions or use, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine whether they are fit for purpose.
Price
The price of products are as described in a valid quotation from SensorsONE. Unless otherwise specified, quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Delivery
All advised delivery dates are given as estimates and SensorsONE will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from a delayed or undelivered order.
Payment Terms
Subject to application and approval our credit terms are within 30 days from invoice date for UK business customers.
Risk & Title of Ownership
When the goods are delivered to the buyer’s premises the risk of damage or loss will transfer to the buyer. If the delivery is arranged by the buyer then risk will transfer when the goods are passed to the carrier.
Product Changes
SensorsONE reserves the right to discontinue or change any product at any time without notice.
Warranty of Goods
SensorsONE will repair or replace defective goods for a period of 12 months from the delivery date. Any defects that arise from improper use, improper storage, wear & tear will not be covered by this warranty.
Returns of Goods
The buyer must obtain a returns authorisation number from SensorsONE before returning any goods. All returns should be suitably packed, clearly labelled and include a note explaining the reason for the return.
Order Cancellation
Once a purchase order has been received it cannot be cancelled. SensorsONE may decide at its discretion to allow cancellation, but subject to recovering all costs incurred to SensorsONE.
Liability
SensorsONE will not accept any claim for consequential or liquidated damages of any type or for any reason.
Force Majeure
SensorsONE will not be liable to the buyer for loss or damage incurred by the buyer as a direct or indirect result of SensorsONE being prevented or delayed in its performance by any act of God, war, riot, strike, lock-out, trade or labour dispute, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, drought, exercise of government authority or legislation, difficulty in obtaining labour, materials, transport or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of SensorsONE.
Governing Law
The contract shall be subject to the laws of England and any dispute arising from this contract shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
