The TSA precision pressure transmitter utilises a silicon die chip with ion implanted semiconductor strain gauges integrated into an oil filled capsule for improved accuracy of measurement in applications such as automotive engine test cells, aerospace component testing, pneumatic test rigs, automation, robotics & instrumentation.
