Product Description
To ease the setting of pressure and vacuum the 330 handheld pressure calibrator includes an integral electric pump for generating test pressures. The desired pressure point is achieved by pressing a button to make coarse adjustments to pressure and then use the manual volume adjuster to fine tune the pressure (2 and 10 bar ranges only).
The 330 pressure calibrators offers a very high accuracy for a portable instrument of 0.025% FS and can be used for testing many different types of field pressure instrumentation. Each instruments is calibrated to a traceable international standard and a calibration certificate is provided with each instrument as standard.
A current loop checker is built-in for testing and setting up 4-20mA circuits for ensuring pressure readings are converted correctly from the electrical output of the sensor under test. There is also an in-built ammeter and voltmeter which can be displayed simultaneously with the test pressure for checking instrument performance without having to switch screens. As well as measuring milliamps and volts the electrical inputs also provide a switch test function for convenient testing of the opening, closing and hysteresis of pressure switch contacts.
