The M3 high temperature pressure transducer for plastic extrusion and injection moulding processes is available in ranges from 35 up to 2000 bar (500 to 30000 psi) and has a strain gauge output for fast response.

The flush isolation diaphragm in contact with the media is made from 15-5PH stainless steel (17-7PH <100bar) and is coated with a GTP coating for high resistance against corrosion, abrasion and high temperature.

A choice of rigid and flexible stem lengths can be specified to suit any installation on plastic machinery. The M3 plastic melt pressure sensor can also measure the process temperature if the thermocouple option is selected.
