Flush diaphragm pressure transmitter for high viscosity media in food processing and plastic injection moulding applications. The TPFADA is available with a 4-20mA current loop or amplified voltage output signal and pressure ranges from 10 up to 1000 barg.

Screw-in pressure transmitter with flush stainless steel 316L diaphragm for measuring pressures of fluids with very high viscosity from 900 psi up to 6000 psi gauge or absolute. Options available for high temperatures up to 300 deg C and intrinsic safety.

Flush diaphragm piezo-resistive pressure sensor for food processing and plastic injection moulding applications with a millivolt output signal in pressure ranges from 10 up to 1000 barg.

Highly accurate digitally compensated pressure transducer with G1/2 male flush pressure port. Designed for use on viscous media or where a flush face is required for easier cleaning when used with food, drink or hazardous substances such as Oxygen. Select pressure ranges as low as 1 bar or as high as 1000 bar. Standard digital output is RS485 which can be converted to RS232 or USB via optional converter cables.

Dual analogue output signal transmitter for simultaneous measurement of media pressure and temperature. Pressure ranges from 100 mbar up to 1000 bar and temperature measuring range from -25 to 100 DegC. To ensure good thermal contact with the media the temperature is measured just behind a flush diaphragm which has sufficient surface area to ensure minimal losses in media temperature at point of measurement.

All stainless steel 316L hygienic digital display pressure gauge for measuring low range pressures with ranges from 0-100 mbar up to 0-40 bar gauge or absolute, including vacuum range 0 to -1 bar. This sanitary pressure gauge includes open diaphragm process fittings for threaded BSP, dairy pipe and Tri-clamp style process connections.

Battery powered pressure gauge with all welded wetted parts with exposed diaphragm for measuring high range pressures of viscous/pasty fluids or media which requires the use of hygienic equipment. Measure pressure ranges from 0-60 bar (900 psi) to 0-400 bar (6000 psi) gauge or absolute. Supplied with a G1/2 or a G1 male flush diaphragm process fitting for thread mounting.

Combined sensor, electronic switch and digital gauge with an all welded stainless steel flush face diaphragm for measuring the pressure of high viscosity liquids or gases and fluid requiring a high level of cleanliness. Choose measuring ranges from 60 bar up to 400 bar with gauge or absolute reference. Select different sizes of BSP thread for a screw-in type pressure fitting. The integrated digital readout can be configured to read in any pressure units and process pressure limits can be set for controlling external equipment.
