Digital Gauges

Digital pressure readouts with threaded pressure connections for fixed installation on process or test equipment.  Select pressure ranges suitable for pneumatic or hydraulic applications with various grades of accuracy, display features and process connectors.

Liquid crystal displays extend battery life of digital gauges allowing them to be used continuously over long periods of time to monitor process pressures.

Highly visible light emitting diode readouts enable easy reading of pressure from a distance or in areas with there are poor lighting conditions. Due to the increased power consumption of LED digital displays these gauges require an external low voltage DC power supply.

Accurately monitor test pressures or use as a master test gauge to calibrate other pressure instruments. These gauges can be used with pneumatic or hydraulic hand pumps to accurately set calibration pressures as part of ISO9000 quality calibration procedures. Communicate between the PC and pressure gauge via RS232 or USB serial bus interface cable and manage data transfer and analysis with provided PC software.

EEx certified for use with potential flammable gases and liquids. These gauges hve been approved to the European ATEX regulatory standard for limiting electrical discharge or excessive heat to prevent the ignition of a volatile gas or liquid.

Portable hand held gauges for use as test tools for all types of pressure tests such as leak testing, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and quality audits. These gauges are designed to be used and carried around in the hand. They are lightweight, battery powered and include features or options for changing pressure units, storing high and low values, timed leak tests and use in explosion protection zones.

Select different size and style of BSP-P (British Standard Pipe Parallel) threaded process connections such as 1/4 inch BSP and 1/2 inch BSP. Choose DIN3852 style connections for sealing with dowty or bonded seals arounds the outside of the thread or with EN837 (DIN16288) which use smaller O ring gaskets on the tip of the male BSP process connection.

Choose 1/4 or 1/2 inch NPT (National Pipe Thread Tapered) male thread process connectors for sealing with thread sealant or PTFE tape.

Digital gauges which are internally powered by batteries for measuring pressures in standalone or remote locations.

0-10V or 4-20mA output signal pressure gauges for local indication of pressure as well as providing a analog signal input for a PLC or other process control instrument ation.

Display or store the highest and lowest pressure value reached for as long as required between front activated resets. Record peak and valley readings for burst pressures or the tolerance of process variables.
