DMP331 Intrinsically Safe Absolute Pressure TransmitterCurrent output pressure sensor ATEX certified for Intrinsic safety with absolute reference pressure ranges from 100 mbar up to 40 bar absolute. The DMP 331 hazardous area absolute pressure transmitter has a silicon piezoresistive sensing element with a vacuum reference trapped on the reverse side of the silicon chip which provides an absolute pressure reference. The Silicon is hermetically sealed inside an oil filled capsule with a convoluted isolation membrane to facilitate the transfer of pressure to the sensing element. The 4 to 20mA output signal of the DMP331 IS absolute pressure transmitter has been ATEX approved for use use in hazardous areas where flammable gases could be present. The DMP-331 ATEX absolute pressure sensor has a variety of configurations with all welded wetted parts, semi-flush diaphragm, process style electronics housing and IP68 buccaneer connector.
