EEx Approved High Pressure Transmitters

EEx approved intrinsically safe pressure tranmsitters for measuring very high pneumatic and hydraulic pressures in areas which there are highly volatile gases and liquids present.

Current output pressure transducer for measurement ranges from 0 to 2000 (30000 psi) range up to a maximum range of 6000 bar (90000 psi). All welded wetted parts and ATEX approved electronics for use in flammable gas or dust environments. Primarily used in hydraulic systems, waterjet torching and high pressure petrochemical applications. Accurate to 0.5% full scale output with adjustable zero and span trim via accessible potentiometers.

Stainless steel 316L wetted parts pressure sensor for high pressure ranges from 60 bar (900 psi) up to 600 bar (9000 psi). Used on applications such as hydraulic test benches, presses, injection moulding machines, hydraulic actuation and vehicle hydraulic systems. Accurate to 0.35% FS with options for 0.25% or 0.1% FS. Good long term stability of 0.1% FS over a period of 1 year.

High performance transducer with adjustable scaling for modifying the pressure range for different applications. Ranges from 0-60 bar up to 0-600 bar gauge or absolute. The output signal is accurate to 0.1% of base range or 0.5% with a 10:1 turn-down, and a 14 bit analogue to digital conversion provides a high resolution amplified output. Optional software and interface kit is available for re-ranging the output signal.

Based around a high integrity all welded thin film strain gauge sensing element, this high range pressure transducer is designed for measuring hydraulic pressures up to 2200 bar (~32,000 psi) on equipment such as hydraulic presses, injection moulding machines and other high range monitoring and control systems.

Combined sensor, electronic switch and digital gauge with an all welded stainless steel flush face diaphragm for measuring the pressure of high viscosity liquids or gases and fluid requiring a high level of cleanliness. Choose measuring ranges from 60 bar up to 400 bar with gauge or absolute reference. Select different sizes of BSP thread for a screw-in type pressure fitting. The integrated digital readout can be configured to read in any pressure units and process pressure limits can be set for controlling external equipment.
