Strain Gauge Pressure Sensors with High Frequency Response

Strain Gauge Pressure Sensors with High Frequency Response

Strain gauge mV outputs that do not include any active electronic components which limit the bandwidth response of strain gauge sensing elements.  The frequency response is a function of the natural frequency of the sensing diaphragm, the higher the pressure range and the smaller the sensing technology, the quicker it will respond to changes in pressure.

Product Items
TPS Strain Gauge Pressure Sensor

TPS Strain Gauge Pressure Sensor

Piezo-resistive pressure sensor with a millivolt output direct from a four arm wheatstone bridge strain gauge circuit in pressure ranges from 10 up to 1000 bar gauge.

TPH Strain Gauge Ultra High Pressure Sensor

TPH Strain Gauge Ultra High Pressure Sensor

Piezo-resistive extra high pressure sensor with a millivolt output signal for pressure ranges from 1000 up to 5000 bar gauge.

AS Autosport Pressure Transducer

AS Autosport Pressure Transducer

Motorsport pressure transducer with 21mm diameter and and 24mm body length for pressure ranges from 0.5 up to 400 bar gauge or absolute. Available with millivolt and amplified voltage output signals covering the majority of motorsport analogue input signals.

IMP Ceramic Strain Gauge Pressure Transducer

IMP Ceramic Strain Gauge Pressure Transducer

Piezo-resistive pressure transducer with a 2mV/V or 10mV/V output signal in pressure ranges from 1 bar up to 700 bar gauge or absolute.

TM Silicon Strain Gauge Pressure Transducer

TM Silicon Strain Gauge Pressure Transducer

Passive compensated pressure transducer with a four arm semiconductor Wheatstone bridge circuit which produces a 100 millivolt with a 10 volt excitation. Pressure ranges from 0-100mbar up to 0-1000bar gauge or absolute. The silicon sensing chip is totally isolated from the media by an oil filled stainless steel 316L capsule with isolation membrane. This sensor is ideally suited for high frequency response applications since the output is only limited by the natural response of the silicon sensing capsule.
