Hygienic flush pressure transducers & transmitters for measuring pressures or level of food, beverage or dairy media with a crevice free exposed diaphragm that is either dry cell or back filled with food grade oil.
Sanitary pressure sensor wth exposed diaphragm with no crevices for high temperatures up to 300 Degrees Celsius in ranges from 100mb up to 40 bar gauge or absolute
Screw-in pressure transmitter with flush stainless steel 316L diaphragm for measuring pressures of fluids with very high viscosity from 900 psi up to 6000 psi gauge or absolute. Options available for high temperatures up to 300 deg C and intrinsic safety.
Highly accurate digitally compensated pressure transducer with G1/2 male flush pressure port. Designed for use on viscous media or where a flush face is required for easier cleaning when used with food, drink or hazardous substances such as Oxygen. Select pressure ranges as low as 1 bar or as high as 1000 bar. Standard digital output is RS485 which can be converted to RS232 or USB via optional converter cables.
Dual analogue output signal transmitter for simultaneous measurement of media pressure and temperature. Pressure ranges from 100 mbar up to 1000 bar and temperature measuring range from -25 to 100 DegC. To ensure good thermal contact with the media the temperature is measured just behind a flush diaphragm which has sufficient surface area to ensure minimal losses in media temperature at point of measurement.
Measure vacuum, positive gauge and absolute pressures from -1 bar (-15psi) up to 40 bar (600psi) with this all in one electronic switch, gauge and sensor. Designed specifically for use in the food, drink and biomedical industry for measuring process pressures and vessel contents. Choose dairy pipe or clamp type sanitary process fittings and select a food grade oil fill as the diaphragm isolation fluid. For pharmaceutical installations requiring hazardous dust protection the instrument includes the option for ATEX intrinsic safety.
Combined sensor, electronic switch and digital gauge with an all welded stainless steel flush face diaphragm for measuring the pressure of high viscosity liquids or gases and fluid requiring a high level of cleanliness. Choose measuring ranges from 60 bar up to 400 bar with gauge or absolute reference. Select different sizes of BSP thread for a screw-in type pressure fitting. The integrated digital readout can be configured to read in any pressure units and process pressure limits can be set for controlling external equipment.
Passive compensated pressure transducer with a four arm semiconductor Wheatstone bridge circuit which produces a 100 millivolt with a 10 volt excitation. Pressure ranges from 0-100mbar up to 0-1000bar gauge or absolute. The silicon sensing chip is totally isolated from the media by an oil filled stainless steel 316L capsule with isolation membrane. This sensor is ideally suited for high frequency response applications since the output is only limited by the natural response of the silicon sensing capsule.
Rangeable Pressure Transmitter with an all stainless steel construction with LCD digital readout display and optional HART communications. Specifically designed for use in food, dairy, pharmaceutical or biotechnology applications where ultra clean crevice free flush diaphragms are required.
Process transmitter for measuring vacuum, steam, food, pharmaceutical, oil, gas and other pressure readings necessary for the monitoring and control of bulk production processes. Suitable for deploying in many locations and feeding pressure readings back to the site distributed control system (DCS). Includes HART protocol interface, 10:1 adjustable range scaling and ATEX intrinsic safety as standard, with options for 300degC media temperature and integrated local digital indicator. Available in pressure ranges from 0-400mbar up to 0-600 bar gauge or absolute, and compound ranges from -0.4 to +0.4 bar up to -1 to 10 bar gauge.
