Product Description

The PGS700 high range pressure handpump can be used in conjunction with a precision pressure gauge or indicator for high pressure testing or calibrating hydraulic pressure gauges, high pressure sensors, hydraulic pressure switches and high pressure indicators.

For priming pressure lines the PGS700 hydraulic test hand pump can be switched for filling large volumes prior to high pressurisation. There is also a relatively large in-built 100cc hydraulic reservoir for priming smaller test volumes.

The PGS700 high pressure calibration hand pump is compatible with most common fluids including mineral oil and water.

A volume adjuster is incorporated into the PGS-700 high range hydraulic hand-pump for fine adjustment of calibration pressure setpoints.

The PGS700 hand-hand hydraulic pump includes a controlled release valve and volume adjuster in order to protect the instrument under test and the reference pressure standard from sudden pressure changes. There is also built-in handle stroke adjustment to limit the travel of the pump action to prevent overpressure of lower pressure range instruments.

The PGS700 handheld high pressure generation system includes 3/8 and 1/4 inch BSP female pressure connector and a quick fit connector for the flexible hose option. There are also options for extra pressure connection adapters to convert to 1/8, 3/8 & 1/2 inch BSP or NPT female and a robust transit case with foam insert for storing a pressure test gage with the handpump.
