OEM Millivolt Output Pressure Transducers

Pressure sensing elements with Strain gauge bridge output signals for incoprorating into OEM instrumentation design for easy adaption into your own custom mechanical configuration and electrical interface.

These low cost OEM sensor packages have minimal signal conditioning which provides a low powered ratiometric mV/V output sensitivity that is ideal for applications where the sensor will be integrated within battery powered OEM instrumentation such as remote telemetry installations or portable equipment.

Where a process interface is required the OEM sensor module can be mounted inside a custom pressure port assemby machined or moulded to your exact dimensional requirements.  You can also specify the particular type of electrical interface required whether it be bare wires, a push-on plastic connector on the end of a wire or a flexible film wire.

The mV output signal can be adapted to your signal conditioning circuit if you are looking for a fit and forget assembly which requires minimal setup.  If you have target measurement error and setting tolerances that you require for your OEM instrumentation specification, these can be met by adding compensation electronics to the electrical interface assembly and a product acceptance test (PAT). For high precision applications it is also possible to provide digital characterisation data for entering into your firmware to carry out the compensation within your own signal conditioning electronics.

Water resistant pressure sensor for measuring hydrostatic pressures in the range of 0-0.5 mWC up to 0-100 mWC. An all stainless steel 316L construction with Viton O rings seals and a choice of PUR, PVC or FEP vented cabling. The IMSL is used for measuring groundwater, aquifer, reservoir and borehole water level. The internal silicon strain gauge sensor provides a stable water level reading accurate to 0.1% of span linearity with low hysteresis and repeatability errors.

Economical pressure transducer for monitoring fluid level inside a tank wehre there is no external mounting point at the bottom of the tank. Measure liquid contents of tanks with heights from 0.5 metres (1.64 feet) to 10 metres (32.8 feet) high. Choose between a low powered millivolt output, 0.5 to 4.5 vdc signal or a process control 4-20mA current loop signal.
