Current output pressure sensor modules for integration into 4-20mA current loop process instrumentation designs.  Custom low cost modular designs which can be easily assembled into a range of press connection housings to increase flexibility of engineering design and manufacturing processes.

These conditioned current output sensor assemblies can be supplied pre-calibrated over the pressure and temperature range reducing your manufacturing time and the number of build processes.  To help with reducing the number of separate items stocked, the transmitter sub-assemblies can be provided with a rangeable pressure scaling which is digitally configurable, this means less discreet ranges are required to be held in stock and allows straightforward configuration of custom ranges.

The typical applications for OEM pressure transmitters are process pressure instrumentation where the focus of the manufacturer is on mechanical designs which are compatible with different types of installation such as oil pipeline, gas processing, offshore exploration, food processing, pharmaceutical production and chemical reactions.  The use of a common pressure transmitter package in a variety of different product configurations helps rationalise the components used in the process instrument design, reducing engineering design costs and production tooling.

Versatile low price pressure transducer with a wide selection of electrical and mechanical options to enable the customisation of the sensor to suit most industrial, automation and OEM design installations. A dry cell ceramic strain gauge sensing diaphragm provides a high corrosion resistance to many types of harsh chemical media commonly found in automated industrial processes and machinery monitoring applications.

Low cost sensor for measuring small pressure ranges from 0-50 mbar (10 inH2O) to 0-1000 mbar (15 psi) of liquids or gases. Choose from a full list of outputs, electrical, connectors and accuracy specs to meet your OEM custom product integration requirements.

Economical IP68 protected sensor with stainless steel 316L housing and Ceramic strain gauge sensing diaphragm for measuring liquid depth pressure or the pressure in a submerged pipe or vessel. Measure hydrostatic pressure from from 0 to 10 mWC (33 ftWC) up to 0 to 100 mWC (330 ftWc) and convert reading to a millivolt, current or voltage signal output. The Ceramic diaphragm has a high chemical resistance to media such as leachate and seawater, and the housing can be upgraded to Duplex stainless steel if necessary for extra material protection. A PUR coated cable is fitted as standard, but for additional chemical protection an FEP coated cable can be supplied.

Water resistant pressure sensor for measuring hydrostatic pressures in the range of 0-0.5 mWC up to 0-100 mWC. An all stainless steel 316L construction with Viton O rings seals and a choice of PUR, PVC or FEP vented cabling. The IMSL is used for measuring groundwater, aquifer, reservoir and borehole water level. The internal silicon strain gauge sensor provides a stable water level reading accurate to 0.1% of span linearity with low hysteresis and repeatability errors.

Economical pressure transducer for monitoring fluid level inside a tank wehre there is no external mounting point at the bottom of the tank. Measure liquid contents of tanks with heights from 0.5 metres (1.64 feet) to 10 metres (32.8 feet) high. Choose between a low powered millivolt output, 0.5 to 4.5 vdc signal or a process control 4-20mA current loop signal.
