TK Industrial Pressure Transmitter - 24hr delivery

This general purpose pressure transmitter is available from stock for a quick delivery. The parts exposed to the media are all welded 17-4ph stainless steel and are compatible with most liquids and gases. Standard pressure ranges are available from 2 to 500 bar gauge with an accuracy of +/-0.5% FS. Choose between a 4-20mA or 0-5Vdc output signals. The electrical connection is made via a large DIN43650 plug and socket. The pressure connection is a 1/4 inch BSP male to DIN3852-A.

Product Description
The TK pressure transmitter has a very robust all stainless steel diaphragm welded to the pressure port assembly with a thick film strain gauge circuit deposited on the reverse side for converting diaphragm movement to an electrical signal. This low voltage electrical signal is then rationalised and amplified by the signal conditioning electronic located inside the cylindrical body. The resulting output signal is then passed through EMC protection circuitry prior to exiting the transmitter via the DIN connector at the back end of the device.
Since the wetted parts exposed ot the media are a single welded assembly of all stainless steel 17-4 ph (AISI 430F) there are no composite materials in the construction to be concerned about being exposed to corrosive media. Also the sensor assembly is a dry cell type without any oil fill or thin isolation membrane and therefore is very resilient to shock pressures corrosion.
