4 to 20 milliamp output transmitters for measuring plus and minus pressures from the same device. Compound range transmittters are calibrated with the most negative reading at 4mA and the most positive reading at 20 mA. Since the same sensing diaphragm is used to measure both the negative and the positive pressure, there is a limit to how great the ratio between positive and negative pressure can be, before the lower range of the two becomes too inaccurate. In the case of a -1 to 10 bar (-15 to +300 psi range which is accurate to 0.25%, will be accurate to only 2.5% over the vacuum range.
Gauge reference pressure transmitters can be configured to measure from -1bar (-15psi) which is approximately zero vacuum up to a positive pressure such +2 bar (+60psi). For ranges below 1 bar (15psi) the compounds range is typically bidirectionally symmetric such as -500 to +500 mbar, but it is also possible to provide ranges such as -200 to +500 mbar if required.
Differential pressure transmitter are configured for applications where the differential pressure is bi-directional, for example measuring the airflow pressure in a ventilation duct where the direction of flow could be reversed.
Stainless steel pressure transmitter with ranges from 100mbar up to 40 bar gauge or absolute with optional accuracy ranging from the standard 0.35% FS up to 0.1% FS. Special options such as ATEX approval, SIL approval and compound ranges are also available.
Small size dp sensor for measuring differential air pressure on HVAC, compress air and pneumatic control systems. The DMD341 is used to measure pressures in the range of 0-6 mbar up to 0-1000 mbar differential. An output signal of 4-20mA, 0-20mA or 0-10Vdc can be chosen to suit the signal conditioning of most air handling management systems.
Pneumatic pressure sensor for measuring very low gauge reference pressures with ranges starting from 10 mbar (4 inH2O) up to 1000 mbar (400 inH2O) gauge. Ideal for use on pneumatic control systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) and computer equipment rooms.
Ultra low differential pressure sensor for HVAC applications with 4-20mA current loop or amplified voltage output signal in pressure ranges from 0.1 mb up to 1 bar differential.
Measure vacuum, positive gauge and absolute pressures from -1 bar (-15psi) up to 40 bar (600psi) with this all in one electronic switch, gauge and sensor. Designed specifically for use in the food, drink and biomedical industry for measuring process pressures and vessel contents. Choose dairy pipe or clamp type sanitary process fittings and select a food grade oil fill as the diaphragm isolation fluid. For pharmaceutical installations requiring hazardous dust protection the instrument includes the option for ATEX intrinsic safety.
Low cost ceramic diaphragm pressure transmitter available on a short lead time. Pressure ranges starting from 1000 mbar up to 0-700 bar gauge or absolute. Electrical signals 4-20mA, 0-5V or 0-10V can be selected. A choice of DIN plug connector or integral cable can be specified for the electical interface.
Versatile low price pressure transducer with a wide selection of electrical and mechanical options to enable the customisation of the sensor to suit most industrial, automation and OEM design installations. A dry cell ceramic strain gauge sensing diaphragm provides a high corrosion resistance to many types of harsh chemical media commonly found in automated industrial processes and machinery monitoring applications.
Rangeable Pressure Transmitter with an all stainless steel construction with LCD digital readout display and optional HART communications. Specifically designed for use in food, dairy, pharmaceutical or biotechnology applications where ultra clean crevice free flush diaphragms are required.
