Steam Pressure Transducers

Amplified output transducers for use in applications where the transducer will be in contact with high temperature steam in aplications such as sterilizing autoclaves, food and beverage processing and power generation.  These transducers include integral cooling features for protecting the transducer electronics from steam temperatures which would otherwise cause damage to standard industrial pressure transducers.

Dual analogue output signal transmitter for simultaneous measurement of media pressure and temperature. Pressure ranges from 100 mbar up to 1000 bar and temperature measuring range from -25 to 100 DegC. To ensure good thermal contact with the media the temperature is measured just behind a flush diaphragm which has sufficient surface area to ensure minimal losses in media temperature at point of measurement.

Screw-in pressure transmitter with flush stainless steel 316L diaphragm for measuring pressures of fluids with very high viscosity from 900 psi up to 6000 psi gauge or absolute. Options available for high temperatures up to 300 deg C and intrinsic safety.

Choose dairy pipe or clamp type sanitary process fittings and select a food grade oil fill as the diaphragm isolation fluid. For pharmaceutical installations requiring hazardous dust protection the instrument includes the option for ATEX intrinsic safety.
