Amplified voltage output transducers compatible with waste water containing harsh chemicals and suspended solids. To protect from chemical corrosion these transducers are fitted with ceramic diaphragms. To aid cleaning and prevent build up of waste material which would affect measurement sensitivity, the transducer diaphragm is completely exposed to the media. These transdcuers are used for measuring the volume of wastewater inside a tank or the pressure inside a pipe pumping waste water.
Flush capacitive ceramic pressure sensor for measuring corrosive and viscous liquid level from levels 0.4 metres of water up to 200 mH2O. This screw-in fluid level transmitter features high overload rating up to 50x and options for all plastic wetted parts.
Measure vacuum, positive gauge and absolute pressures from -1 bar (-15psi) up to 40 bar (600psi) with this all in one electronic switch, gauge and sensor. Designed specifically for use in the food, drink and biomedical industry for measuring process pressures and vessel contents. Choose dairy pipe or clamp type sanitary process fittings and select a food grade oil fill as the diaphragm isolation fluid. For pharmaceutical installations requiring hazardous dust protection the instrument includes the option for ATEX intrinsic safety.
Combined sensor, electronic switch and digital gauge with an all welded stainless steel flush face diaphragm for measuring the pressure of high viscosity liquids or gases and fluid requiring a high level of cleanliness. Choose measuring ranges from 60 bar up to 400 bar with gauge or absolute reference. Select different sizes of BSP thread for a screw-in type pressure fitting. The integrated digital readout can be configured to read in any pressure units and process pressure limits can be set for controlling external equipment.
Level pressure sensor with semi-flush ceramic diaphragm and stainless steel or PVDF wetted parts for aggressive corrosive media in ranges from 4mH2O up to 600mH2O gauge.
Submersible Low Range waste water level transmitter with intrinsically safe option for monitoring the level of sewage and effluent in water treatment plants. Available in level ranges from 0.4 up to 100 meters of water gauge.
