The P20 handheld documenting pressure calibrator is a versatile calibration instrument that combines advanced sensor technology with the latest developments in pressure instrumentation. It allows the calibration and accurate testing of all pressure instrumentation including pressure transmitters, switches, relief valves and pressure gauges.

In addition to the pressure measurement function, the P20 hand held documenting pressure calibrator also includes all the electrical power supply and measurement functions required in order to test the output of pressure sensors and switches.  For recording environmental conditions at the time of each calibration there is the option for an additional internal module for measuring ambient temperature, barometric pressure and relative humidity.

For more rigorous calibration requirements the P20 handheld documenting pressure calibrator can be supplied with a function for uploading of calibration procedures to and the downloading of calibration results from the P20.  The CalpMan 2000 calibration procedure manager software is used to create a file that contains all the calibration setpoints for a given calibration routine which is then transferred to the P20.  Once the results have been collected they can be trnsferred to the computer for analysis and printing of calibration reports.

When used with a separate calibration handpump the P20 hand-held documenting pressure calibrator converts into a complete calibration system for use in the field. The P20 hand held documenting pressure calibrator can also be used as a loop calibrator using the 4 to 20mA scalable output option.  For use in hazardous areas the ATEX approved version can be specified.
