Pressure sensors for measuring very high range pressures in hydraulic circuits or material destructive testing apparatus. Measure up to 5000 bar or 70,000 psi and choose a strain gauge, current or high voltage output signal to suit the preferred analogue input for the instrumentation being used.

High temperature pressure transducers and transmitters for use on plastic melt injection moulding machines. These sensors have a mercury filled capillary tube to isolate the sensing element from media temperatures up to 400 degC (750 degF).
Improved stability and extended lifetime sensors with a dry sensing element. The IMPACT series incorporate a Silicon on Insulator sensing chip which has very high temperature tolerance making it possible to locate it very close to the plastic melt thus improving stability of measurement. Since there is no need for a thin isolation diaphragm to transmit pressure through the fluid fill, the extra thickness of the diaphragm improves resistance to abrasion over time.
Flush face stainless steel diaphragm pressure sensors with screw-in process connectors for monitoring the pressure of highly viscous media such as paint, adhesive, rubber, wax and resins. Measure low level feed pressures or high level injection or extrusion pressures and select either a strain gauge, milliamp or volts signal.
Convenient readout displays for plugging onto any 2 wire 4-20mA transmitter with a standard large DIN43650 plug and socket. Choose options for use in hazardous areas and providing logic switch trips for control or alarm funtctions. Set-up the display to read in any engineering units to provide a local indication of the process parameter reading.
Panel mountable readout displays which can be connected to a wide range of sensor types and output configurations. Select a low or high voltage external power option for use with AC or DC sources. Each instrument is universal and can be user ocnfigured for any application.
Panel mount alarm indicators with voltage free contact relays, logic switches and triac outputs to feed into process alarms, safety shut off valves, visual warning lamps or audible alerts. Completely configurable via the front panel keypad for use with all types of probes and sensors.
Display controllers for mounting in panels and used to control industrial processes. These instruments can be configured to deliver a continuous control output and parameters such as proportional band, integral time, derivative time, hysteresis and cycle time can all be fine tuned for a particular control loop.
